Terms of Sale

Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any order, by purchase order, fax, phone or electronically to KSG Wholesale indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment Methods:
A. Credit Cards- we accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, And American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number- the address and phone number that credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be charged prior to shipment of your order.

B. Bank Wire Transfers, Money orders, cashier's checks- we accept bank wire transfer, money order, cashier's checks in Canadian Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. We will charge a $ 25.00 fee on all returned checks.

Sales Tax Information:
All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") at 5% or Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST") at 12%. Customers of B.C.will be charged B.C. PST at 7% if a PST number is not provided to us.

KSG Wholesale does not charge sales tax on any order shipped out of Canada.

Price & Quantity:
A. Minimum order for Internet is $ 50 Canadian Dollars.
B. All prices and packaging are subject to change without notice.
C. Price, Case and Inner Pack are subject to change.
D. All merchandise is subject to availability at time of shipment.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will receive a 18% Restocking Fee.

Returns:
A. All returns must be pre approved by KSG Wholesale. To obtain a return authorization, please contact customer service by e-mail to sales@jewelryrave.com
B. All returns must be send freight prepaid within 7 days after receipt of the item (recorded by Delivery Note).
C. KSG Wholesale is not responsible for lost returned shipment.
D. We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

Damages or Breakage:
KSG Wholesale inspects and well packed each order to ensure goods are intact prior to shipping. KSG Wholesale is not responsible for damages or breakage especially glass and ceramic items during shipping. If breakage occurs, contact the shipping company for your claim.
